Strawberry stuffed French Toast | Food Photography {Boston MA Portrait Photographer}

I made this unbelievable breakfast recipe this morning as an early Valentine’s Day present to my love since Valentine’s Day falls on a week day and I love making breakfast 🙂 I found this off The Girl Who Ate Everything blog…LOVE her recipes! You can find the link HERE. The only thing that I couldn’t mimic in this recipe was the sliced almonds…my grocer did not carry them so I just crushed them like the corn flakes.  Fair warning…this is a very filling breakfast my husband couldn’t  finish two and naturally I couldn’t either so I had to toss one (I hate to throw out food).  Next time I will make the bread slices a little thinner. You can use French, Italian or Challah loaf Bread. I used Challah to keep it close to my husbands roots 🙂 What are you cooking up for Valentine’s Day?
